TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read terms of service before order
(Payments will only be accepted through PayPal and Ko-Fi)

I will not draw:
Any Type of Gore (dismemberment, organs/guts, injury, etc.)
Offensive Material (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia etc.)
Mecha
Bugs

Commision Time
The time to complete a commission can range from one week to 1 month, depending mainly on the type and complexity of the order & number of commissions in the queue

REFUNDS AND PRE PAYMENT

Full refund of the upfront payment if work has not yet begun

Starting the sketching stage there will be NO REFUND.

The sketching stage begins as soon as any visual draft, thumbnail, or rough sketch is created and shared with the client

-If I cannot start or finish your commission, you will be full refunded and notified via discord or private message-

If you want a refund, please reach out to me directly via discord or private message before opening a PayPal dispute. I'm happy to resolve any issues and will send the refund to you promptly..

REVISIONS
 Each commission has a feedback process via discord, mail or private message 

Changes and approval

Each stage of the commission (sketch, lineart, coloring, etc.) requires client approval before moving forward. Once a stage has been approved, any changes requested to previous stages will be charged as a minor or major change accordingly. Client approval confirms acceptance of that stage."

Post Work Changes

an additional fee will be charged per changes requested after the commission has been completed (the client receive the final files)
(The commission is considered complete upon delivery of the final files. By receiving the files, the client confirms acceptance of the work)

Minor changes (color adjustments, small details)  10% of total price per change. 
Major changes (composition, full redesigns)  15% of total price per change

If the client does not respond within 7 days, the commission will be paused until contact is reestablished.
if the client does not make contact within 10 days, the commission will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Usage Policy.

 Use for AI training, NFTs is strictly prohibited

Characters Rights and Copyright

 I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork & characters 

Initiating a chargeback after receiving the final file will be considered fraud and reported accordingly and the client will be blacklisted from future commissions. 

(Listed prices on the commision table are FINAL and are not subject to discounts or negotiation)
